This statement covers this website, email you send to info@infinitcontrol.com and WhatsApp messages you send us.
Who

The website
This site sets no cookies and contains no tracking or analytics code. Our hosting provider processes technically necessary data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the page. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working and secure website. This data is kept no longer than needed for that purpose.
Email and WhatsApp
If you email info@infinitcontrol.com or send us a WhatsApp message, we use your name, your email address or phone number and your message to reply to you and to keep track of the contact. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions.
These messages may be read and answered automatically through InFinIT Control, sometimes with the help of AI. A reply that was written automatically says so in the message itself. If you would rather talk to a person, say so in your reply and a member of staff will pick it up.
You are not obliged to email or message us; without a message we simply cannot respond.
Automated decisions
InFinIT Control may also take decisions without human involvement, based on rules that we manage and control ourselves, for example on accepting or rejecting an application. We only do so where this is necessary for a contract with you or where you have given your explicit consent. The message containing the decision explains how it was reached. You have the right to have a person review the decision, to express your point of view and to contest the decision. Email info@infinitcontrol.com for this.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare (hosting and DNS of this site), Google (email) and WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta (WhatsApp messages), process data on our behalf as processors. WhatsApp also uses data about the use of WhatsApp for its own purposes; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that.
The AI tools we use for email and WhatsApp run on our own servers and systems that we manage ourselves; your message is not sent to any other party for this.
Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp may also process data in the United States, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of these safeguards via info@infinitcontrol.com.
How long
We keep emails and WhatsApp messages for up to 24 months after the last contact. Messages that form part of our administration, for example about an assignment or an invoice, are kept for as long as the law requires (7 years).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its processing. Email info@infinitcontrol.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Objection
You can always object to the use of your data. Email info@infinitcontrol.com.
